3. Data Storage and Retention

• Media files may be stored locally on your device and/or on our servers depending on how the service is configured.
• Cryptographic hashes, proof IDs, timestamps, and verification logs may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide verification services, maintain records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• We do not modify your original content as part of the verification process.
• Where deletion is supported, you may request deletion of stored account data or stored content, subject to technical, legal, fraud-prevention, backup, or recordkeeping limitations.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information:

• With service providers or infrastructure providers that help us host, store, secure, analyze, or operate the service.
• When you intentionally create or share a public proof link or verification page.
• If required by law, court order, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption, hashing, access controls, and secure hosting practices where appropriate. Verification results are provided for informational and evidentiary support purposes only. TrewDoc does not guarantee that any verification result, file, record, or report will be accepted as legally admissible evidence in any particular jurisdiction, proceeding, or dispute.

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.
